PERSONAL EMAIL AUTOMATION
A quieter way to
keep up with email.
Email Recap helps Roy Gladden notice personal correspondence and product review or testing opportunities in his own Gmail inbox.
About the app
The Google authorization screen calls this app pluginn8n. It is a private automation operated by Roy for his own account. It is not open for public registration.
Read-only access
It reads email metadata and excerpts. It does not send, edit, delete, or mark messages as read.
Private recaps
Rules identify relevant messages and send short recaps to Roy’s private Discord channel. No AI service processes email.
How information is handled
The automation runs on Roy’s self-hosted system. This public website explains the app and its privacy practices; it does not display or collect mailbox content.
